He is the first Swede to win a World Cup final and holds the world record for being the best in the world. In 2024, Henrik von Eckermann was inducted into the Hall of Fame

Despite having a long career with championship medals and awards, Henrik has a very special connection to the Gothenburg Horse Show.

"This is where my journey in the sport began, and I have won two World Cups here. Some of my best memories are from Gothenburg, largely thanks to the audience, who have something truly special."

The Gothenburg Horse Show Hall of Fame honors profiles, rider icons, and four-legged heroes who have made significant contributions to the event. Choosing to induct Henrik was an easy decision.
