Ticket information

Are you an equestrian club, association, or a larger group looking to book tickets?

For groups of at least 20 people attending the same show, there are two different options:

  • Equestrian clubs and associations have the opportunity to book tickets at the youth price, regardless of the participants’ ages.

  • Other groups of at least 20 people can book tickets at the regular price.

The offer applies to both single tickets and series tickets. Bookings can be made via https://www.gothenburghorseshow.com/om-ghs/biljetter/gruppbokning/

Accessibility

Are there spaces for wheelchairs?

Wheelchair seats can be booked via ticketmaster.se in the same way as regular tickets. You can also book through Ticketmaster’s accessibility line at 077-670 77 77 (weekdays 9:00 AM–1:00 PM). The seats are located on the ground floor, row 6 in sections C, D, G, J, K, R, or T.

When booking a wheelchair seat, one companion is included free of charge. If you need additional companions, please contact Ticketmaster’s accessibility line at the number above. The companion can either sit on a portable chair next to you or on a fixed seat behind you.

If you are part of a larger group, we recommend that the others book seats in row 5 of the same section. That way, they will be seated directly in front of you.

Do you have a hidden disability?

If you have a disability that requires extra information or support during your visit, please contact us at ghs@gotevent.se and we will do our best to meet your needs. We also have a number of seats reserved in the arena for visitors who require extra peace and quiet and/or privacy.

Visitors with a hidden disability are entitled to bring a companion. Proof of eligibility may be required.

Will sign language and audio interpretation be available?

Yes, both audio description and sign language interpretation are offered throughout the event, but they must be booked in advance. To book, please email ghs@gotevent.se and include your booking number, the session you will be attending, and whether you require audio description or sign language interpretation.

Audio description and sign language interpretation are provided via the Got Event accessibility app, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. Once the app is installed, the service is activated by selecting the relevant broadcast under “Live streams.”

Yes, through the Got Event accessibility app you can receive amplified arena sound (hearing loop) directly to your mobile phone and your own headphones, no matter where you are seated in the arena.
